We returned from our Gold Coast holiday very late last Tuesday and life has been in fast mode since (I think I need another holiday!!).
What a crazy morning!! Everyone is finally back at school today and I thought I was super organised but the morning just didn't go quite as planned.
With Jason away for work, I felt like I needed to be two poeple this morning. Getting Jakob and Nathan to the early morning seminary class at 7am and then picking Nathan up again at 7:50am. Then in between getting the three youngest up and ready and organised for their first day, while trying to get the house in order and a few loads of wash on the line. Then taking the primary school kids to school and meeting new teachers, and making sure they were happy. So now after a zumba class at the gym I can sit and enjoy the peace - though I do enjoy having them all at home.
Jakob began year 11 at Launceston College yesterday, and he had a really good day. Though he arrived home at 4:15 yesterday and had to leave again at 4:45 to get to work. So by the time 10:30pm rolled around last night he was exhausted. No uniform for him this year either.
I haven't managed to grab a photo of Aneika or Nathan yet in their uniforms, so I will edit this post later and add their photos. Aneika is in grade 10 this year and Nathan is in grade 9.
Katie-Lynne is now in grade 4 - she's such a tiny thing. Her and Lilly share uniforms now and clothes. When I dropped her off this morning she was so anxious and didn't want me to leave but we found some friends and I managed to get away.
