A Day at Ulverstone

On Anzac day we headed to Ulverstone as a family to visit my parents. One of the great things about going to Ulverstone is being able to go to the beach and the parks that are there .....the weather wasn't great but the kids still had a great time visiting their grandparents and having fun at the beach...

Mum and I went for a walk along the beach with the girls for abit and I left Jakob with the camera.... you would think by now that I would know better!!!

On the way home we stopped at Devonport to wish my Nan van Hoorn a happy birthday she turned 91. We then stopped in Spreyton at my grandfather's grave - Jakob van Hoorn - and talked to the kids a little about the man whom Jakob was named after.
