Today Henry officially left primary school,.... which makes me a little reflective. After 8 years at Norwood he is ready to venture into the big world.... well maybe not yet:) He did say that he would miss Norwood, but feels ready for high school.
Last night was the grade 6 leavers dinner, and I think he scrubbed up really well. Such a handsome young man (yes I am biased), and even raided his older brothers wardrobes looking for clothes which shows how tall he is getting.

And of course we have to have the side profile so you can check out the hair. Henry is very particular about his hair and I nor anyone else is allowed to touch it, or help him style it:)
Henry and his best friend Victor. They have been together since kinder and only once have been in different classes, but alas next year they will be attending different high schools.
Even though Victor is going to high school elsewhere, Henry's good friend Liam is attending Queechy with him. Though not in the same grade 7 class.
Henry and more of his friends. With many going different ways,... they said today in the final assembly that the kids from grade 6 will be going to 7 different high schools.
All the grade 6's spruced up and ready for a fun night. When Jason picked Henry up he said it was a good night and even danced a little:)
The younger four this morning ready for their last day of school. Nathan finishes grade 9, Henry grade 6, Katie grade 4, and Lilly grade 2.
And Henry doing the traditional ringing of the bell. In the final assembly it is tradition at Norwood that as each grade 6's name is read out, they walk to the front ring the bell, shake their teacher's hand and leave the hall while all the other kids clap them and give them high 5's on the way out.
And thus completes another chapter of Henry's life....
