Exams and a Family Gathering

It's exam time at the moment, hence the lack of blogging. Trying to cram my head full of so much information, I really can't understand why they do this to students... surely there's a better way to test what we know:) I always find at exam time that information that I use everyday somehow gets lost... For example you go to use your key card and all off a sudden your pin number that you use often has just disappeared from your mind. Or things go missing at home, only to turn up later in a random spot and you just can't fathom why you would put that there?.... Or your dreams at night are all about the information you are revising, or you will be talking to a friend and something they say will trigger your mind to connect with the information you have been learning, and you start telling them all about something that makes no sense to them. It makes me feel a little vague... but the good thing it doesn't last and exams are nearly over for this semester:):)
During this time we had a 70th birthday party for Jason's mum. It was a meal out at the SuWan restaurant in Newstead, really yummy Thai food. So family and friends gathered for a good night out and here are some of the happy snaps:)
The kids of course opted for something they knew to eat, chicken nuggets and chips.
Waiting and waiting and waiting for the food... trying to get that many meals ready all at the same time must be hard work... but the food was worth the wait.
