Missionary Moments

This week was pretty good, the weather is definitely starting to heat up, and with that, the success rate.
I got to koukon with asai choro on Wednesday, and learn from him. It is good to be backed up by an older more experienced missionary when contacting, we really got some serious work done, although no immediate results. The next day however we found a lady with interest and taught her, and then the day after a young man who we also got to teach. So two new investigators in one week, which is brilliant!

We had the Lords help a lot this week actually. We housed into this old man at the top of a 10 floor apartment building, and he invited us inside and we had a 25 minute deep discussion and helped answer all his questions. He asked like every question that the gospel answers. The most amazing thing was that I understood him, he understood me, and the spirit was strong when we testified, ...I hope he will let us help him out this week when we visit again.

I am really enjoying dendouing lately, success always helps, but it feels good to talk about this Church with others.

The  lady that Tucker choro and I began teaching in Miki before we left was baptised last week, which was cool to see. I am not sure if we will be able to see a baptism this transfer, but definitely if I stay in Himeji for another transfer or two, there will be people ready....

The only big legitimate Japanese castle is Himeji castle, which is world famous and I should take a picture sometime. ... Most of the big places in Japan were destroyed during World War 2 I think, which is sad.

At a meeting with some investigators
acting cool - I think??
out an "all you can eat" - again....
trying on some glasses for size.... hmmm not sure that these are really him :)
