Missionary Moments

This week Elder Rowlings wrote.....

..... The members have been giving us so much food this week, one of the sisters came in to the church when we were studying and was like 'you have to help me eat this!' (in japanese) and then whipped out a Christmas cake as big as our table. I have been enjoying chocolate cake all week.....
.....We have 5 Elders in the flat this week, as the DL, has finished his mission, we are looking after his companion til Thursday. Will be fun. It's going to be crazy week, because it is Japan's biggest holiday, new years.
This week was really cold, especially Saturday, it snowed! Not enough to stick on the ground, but enough to make the air white for about 10 minutes, and for me to run through it and be amazed. I didn't have my camera, which is a shame, because it looked beautiful. Hopefully we will be able to see a little more this week. Bought a cool neck/face warmer this week, like all the high school kids and cool people have.....
It was transfer emails today, but as expected, I get to continue training my companion for another transfer.....
My companion dressed up as Santa
