The Second Car!

After months of waiting (that is Jason not so patiently) we finally have a second car. I would have liked something later model (2001+) but this 1997 Ford festiva GLXi was within our car budget and among other things is to serve Jakob in his learning to drive. We picked it up this afternoon and had a new windscreen fitted (chip in driver's vision). Now for registration (due this month) and 3rd party insurance has used all our budget. I may have to charge Jakob for lessons to defray the costs!

I think Jakob was impressed that it has an Alpine system in it that takes an iPod. You may be hearing us before seeing us "bunny hopping" along, sharing our music with the community! It is very zippy with a 1.5Ltr motor. I think Tam will have trouble driving it let alone Jakob.
