The past week (which was the last full week of the school holidays), has been a busy one with many friends staying over, school fees and uniforms to organize, Jason away for work and just the everyday business that is part of a home that has a number of children.
Sunday night Hallie and Sarra stayed over to spend time with Katie and Lilly. Monday when deciding what to do, the kids all ended up having a huge water fight. They used normal large balloons instead of the usual small water balloons and as well as being extremely heavy when they are full of water, they also pack a punch when dropped!!
So here's a few photos of the escapades in the back yard:)

Still trying...
Lilly carefully trying to get that balloon tied without soaking herself.
Hallie ready with the cricket bat, to try and hit the balloons away if they were thrown at her.
Nathan managed to wet Sarra, Katie and Henry with one burst of a balloon.
Nathan holding onto his balloon in a bucket so that he did not burst it while trying to tie it.
Henry catching a balloon on the run, and trying not to let it burst as it hit his fingers.
Jakob, gingerly holding that balloon so it wouldn't burst and soak himself.
And a collage of the days activities.
