Today Henry had a run in with a cricket bat... At 1:30 school called me and asked me to come to school immediately, as Henry had been hit in the face with a cricket bat!
When I got there, there were two teachers tending to him and he was covered in blood with a big ice pack on his nose looking just a little bit stressed.
He said he was playing cricket with his friends at lunch time and he's not sure exactly what happened but one of the boys he was playing with hit him in the nose with the bat.
I took him straight to the doctor; she said that apart from some bruising his nose doesn't seem to be broken,( thankfully school got an ice pack on his nose straight away).
