Academic Excellence!!

Thursday night was the grade 10 leavers and awards evening presentation at Queechy. Jakob received a letter in the mail asking him to attend as he was receiving an award. He was presented with an award for academic excellence for grade 9... Needless to say we are very proud parents!!

Also at the assembly Jason's sister's son Jono who is leaving grade 10, played with his heavy metal rock band 'Inertia' (he is the drummer in the band). He also received awards for his music and a bursary for his continuing education. So it was a great family evening all round.
