Yesterday Katie-Lynne and Lilly were very grownup and caught the bus from Launceston to Ulverstone all by themselves. They sat at the front near the driver and got to Ulverstone in one piece and now they want to do it again!!
Today we went to Ulverstone for the day to pick them up and so the rest of the kids could spend some time with their grandparents. It was a good day and though cool the beach was beautiful...
I love to sit on the beach and contemplate while the kids play and today was no exception...

That first photo is beautiful.
It's fun heading to the beach in the winter. Bit cold but you almost always have it to yourself. I'm sure these times will be ones your family will remember forever.
