Katie-Lynne and Henry have both had major things happen this weekend......
Katie-Lynne had finally lost her first tooth!!!! If you've read the earlier blogs Katie-Lynne has a new tooth growing behind her bottom baby teeth. We went to the dentist last week who said not to worry and gave the baby tooth some pretty stern wiggles and told Katie-Lynne to keep on wiggling, which she has been diligently doing for the past week. And today she got brave and really gave a huge wiggle... and hey presto! Out it comes.... She is so excited and now wants more to come out......
Henry has stayed away at a friend's place -Victor's - for Friday night and Saturday night then came home early this morning before church. Now this may not seem like anything special..... but for Henry it's great. For anyone that knows Henry he's a tough kid who just loves his mum. He loves hanging out with his friends and is often in trouble at school because he loves to socialize. He likes going to his friends places but absolutely refuses to stay overnight, normally, he won't even stay overnight at his grandparent's place. He even stresses when I go out at night and does his best not to go to sleep until I get home. It's nice to be so adored by my youngest son, but I was beginning to wonder if he would ever grow out of it.
Anyway, Victor wanted Henry to come and stay for his birthday, which Henry thought about and then said yes, which surprised me..... I had visions of getting a phone call in the night and having to get him (it's happened before). I asked him if he was sure and he said to me yes, but not to give him anything that reminded him of me. So I didn't and I didn't even dare call to check on him..... and he had a great time!!

Henry sounds just like Jay! I was surprised when he went to his friends place for two nights too and stressed but he had a great time. In a few years they will not want us at all, and we will be wanting them home again!! :)
