Yesterday Katie-Lynne had her ears pierced for her 8th birthday which is on Monday. She was so excited and nervous and very brave. Lilly came to watch and was full of beans and advice for her big sister but was not phased and is looking forward to her turn.
When we got home Katie-Lynne spent allot of time checking her ears out in the mirror and today spent time with Aneika checking out all her earrings and deciding which ones she would like to wear.
Today Henry had his trampolining competitions. He competed in three events and did really well. He placed third in the synchronised trampoline (where two people are on separate trampolines and bounce and perform a routine at the same time). Fourth on the trampoline (they perform a series of stunts) and 5th in the double mini ( the have a long run up onto a level trampoline do some stunts and then bounce off doing a stunt onto a huge mat where they land perfectly still). It was a long afternoon (31/2 hours), at the freezing cold PCYC, but Henry loved it and can't wait to do it again!!

Katie-Lyn those earings look great in your ears.... cant beleive you are turning 8 soon...happy birthday for your special day... woow hoooo a baptism that means and that is special...
