The last two days has been the cross country at Norwood and then at Queechy. Lilly enjoyed her first cross country, Katie-Lynne had a good stroll, jog and chat and Henry came 8th out of all the grade 4's. At Queechy the grade 9's and 10's can choose whether to run or study. Jakob opted for the second option.... his reasoning "why run when you don't have to!". Nathan came 45th out of about 90 boys in grade 7, so he did pretty well. And Aneika well.......wait for it.......... came 5th out of all the grade 8 girls !!!!.............
So she is really excited about it, as it means she gets to run for Queechy high school against the other high schools in the north.....
So......

What a great job Aneika for coming 5th!!!!!!! Goodluck when you get to the next competition, make sure you eat plenty of good food before so you can knock all the other competition off their feet when you run past them!
