Fathers' Day

Today is Fathers' day and Jason said to me this morning as he was helping to get everyone organized for church..."I thought today was father's day, so when I do get a break?"..... I happily reminded him to enjoy what he was doing because if he didn't have all these kids then he wouldn't be a dad....... The kids well the younger four all bought Jason gifts at the fathers day stall at school, but the teenagers kind of forgot it was fathers day........Jason in his new suit that he bought for fathers day!!

Lilly's card really made Jason smile, her kinder teacher had asked her questions about her dad and wrote exactly what she said......

"What's special about Daddy? .........Cause he gives me pick-ups.

What does he like to do with you? ........Ahmm, drop me off to school today.

What else does daddy do? ........ Ahh, likes to iron and watch a movie just the same time.

What does dad do at work? ........ Ummm, we sometimes visit him at work. He got two computers and the mouse can go on each 'puter.

What does he do on the weekend? ....... Ahhhh. (shrug shoulders)....... Him like to... go play... go and do busy stuff.

What does daddy like to eat? ......... Don't know.

What does he like to drink? ......... He likes to drink water.

What does he do to make you laugh? ........ Tickle me.
