Notley Fern Gorge and Cakes

What to do while the kids are on holidays and the weather is hotting up?.... Jakob's solution is to go geocaching. So we headed to Notley fern Gorge for a walk and to see whether we could locate the site there..... no luck as it was too far off the track but we did find one at Bridgenorth.... The scenery at the Gorge was beautiful....

In the large, burnt-out tree, "Brady's Tree", which is said to have sheltered bush ranger Matthew Brady and his gang when they were running from the law in the 1820s.

The geocache st Bridgenorth - basically when you find one you can  take something from it but leave something of similar value in its in place.

 The Cakes
Lilly and Katie did a little holiday cooking... and Lilly wanted to take photos of her efforts (she loves to use the camera), I especially love the photo of her feet as she stands on a chair to take a photo from above of the cupcakes :)
