Yesterday Henry turned 12....
He was excited, but hey its not cool to show your excitement too much when you are officially 12 years old...
Jakob decided that Henry needed ANOTHER Nerf gun, so he bought him the biggest one he could find. I was actually shot twice while trying to take this picture.

He had an ice cream cake and golden syrup dumplings as part of his birthday tea

- His sense of humour
- His rough, tough attitude that hides a soft heart
- That no matter how hard he tries, his face is so readable and you can tell exactly what he is thinking
- That he still has two speeds - either flat out or a complete stop - though these aren't quite as extreme as they once were
- His stubbornness - hence the hair - he has reasoning for everything
- The way he expresses himself with his hands
- That he's my baby boy - though he would much prefer it if I said my youngest boy
- He loves all his siblings - and is concerned about each one of them -
- The relationship he has with his brothers
- His determination - once he has decided on something, no matter how tough he will see it through

I remember the photos of the boys...all 4 of them previous water nerf gun fight!!...I love those golden syrup dumplings...but have forgotten the recipe...I remember it not being a lot and easy to remember...however... can you post it for me.. with pics if possible???.
