For the long weekend last Monday I wanted to do something as a family, but because the weather has been so unpredictable lately its hard to plan. After a relaxed morning we had a few options for the afternoon. The weather was sunny but the wind was cold, but we had been wanting to take the kids for a run at the sand dunes at Low Head. So we took the plunge and went. The wind was COLD, but we had fun, and came home with pockets. shoes. socks and car full of sand!!
I must have brain washed the kids with the wiggles when they were little as they spent allot of time when they were rolling down the sand dunes singing the wiggles "Rolling Down the Sand dune" song.
Nathan was sure he could make it to the top crawling rather than walking.
Artstart
Katie-Lynne was so excited this week as her artwork was chosen to be put up at the museum in the Artstart section when artwork is displayed from children from different schools. We weren't able to attend the official launch on Friday so I took Katie-Lynne on Saturday so she could see her artwork framed and on display. The theme is 'Game Heroes and their Wonderful Worlds'.
(If you are at the museum any time just drop by picture 16b and view our talented daughters work.)

Woo! Another budding artist.
Tammy this is how it begins. Next she'll get the school art awards, then score high in highschool and college art...
Well done Katie!
Well done Katie-Lynne! And the sand dunes look like a blast.
