Today was grades 3 -6 sports carnival at Norwood...... so that means Nathan and Henry spent the morning running and having fun. Lilly and I watched for part of the morning... and every year I say the same thing.....'it's really hard to spot your child from a distance when everyone is dressed the same!'.....
Henry placed first and second in all his races - his relay team also came in second place but there wasn't ribbons for that!!!....He was quite pleased with his collections of ribbons when he came home as this is the first year he has got these as in grades kinder -2 everyone gets a ribbon for participating.....

Teenager note:
It's interesting to note that when you send your teenager to the pantry on an errand....things mysteriously go missing. On inquiry of your teenager what happened to certain food items you learn that he felt he needed rewarding for helping out??????
